Double award for SALESIANER: At the 2026 ETSA Congress, the company was named ‘Employer of the Year’ and ‘Diversity and Inclusion Champion’ – a clear sign of its strong position as an employer in the European textile services sector.

The SALESIANER Group received two awards at the 2026 ETSA Congress in Amsterdam. In the categories ‘Employer of the Year’ and ‘Diversity and Inclusion Champion’, SALESIANER was recognised as Europe’s leading textile services provider across the industry in these areas, thereby setting new standards in employer quality, diversity and inclusion. The ETSA Industry Awards are judged by independent experts and recognise projects that impress through their sustainable implementation and tangible impact on day-to-day business operations.

The awards recognised two initiatives that are firmly embedded within the company and shape day-to-day working life: with Lead2Success, SALESIANER employs an integrated approach to staff development and leadership, ranging from structured dialogues to further training programmes. The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion was also recognised: D&I@SALESIANER establishes uniform standards and processes for actively practising diversity within the organisation, underpinned by ISO 30415:2021 certification.

These two ETSA Awards join a series of external accolades that SALESIANER has recently received – including the Top Employer award from trend, kununu and Statista, as well as the Best Recruiters Bronze seal. Together, these accolades demonstrate that the integrated approach is put into practice throughout all phases – from initial contact through onboarding to day-to-day work.
