5) Onboarding and first day at work

On your first day at work, everything will be prepared for you. Together with our HR team, you will be introduced to the company, receive your IT equipment, and be given an initial overview of your role and responsibilities.
During the first weeks, you will be gradually onboarded into your area of responsibility and gain first-hand insight into our processes. By familiarizing yourself with our operations and vehicle fleet, you will develop a clear understanding of how the different areas of the company work together.
A structured onboarding plan will guide you throughout this phase and provide clear orientation. HR will, of course, continue to be available to support you with any questions beyond your start date.
