New construction project in Inzing: Space for growth, living and mobility
The SALESIANER Group, together with Österreichische Post, STP Immobilien Errichtungs- und Vermietungs GmbH and TTF Vermietungs GmbH, is launching a comprehensive construction project in Inzing. With an investment of around six million euros, a multifunctional site is being created that will provide new capacity for logistics, housing and mobility.
Covering an area of more than 6,000 m², the project will see the expansion of the postal sorting centre, the creation of additional storage space, and the construction of a staff accommodation block with 30 rooms and a total of 60 beds. The project is complemented by more than 130 covered parking spaces for cars and trucks, as well as 60 charging points for electric vehicles.
As well as creating additional infrastructure for the companies involved, the project also provides a significant boost to Tyrol as a business location. Close cooperation between the project partners enables the shared use of space and infrastructure, thereby creating long-term added value for companies, staff and the region.
Particular focus is being placed on the staff accommodation. Living space close to the workplace is becoming increasingly important in view of the rising demand for workers. The new accommodation options are intended to enhance the location’s appeal and help attract and retain staff.
With this investment, the SALESIANER Group is underlining its long-term commitment to Tyrol as a business location and laying the foundations for further growth and a sustainable presence in the region.
