International journalists visit HQ in Vienna

On 17 October 2023, we welcomed a delegation of journalists from nine European countries to the headquarters of the SALESIANER Group. The press trip was organized by the European Commission (Directorate-General for Energy).

Thomas Krautschneider, Managing Partner of the SALESIANER Group, gave an insight into the implemented, forward-looking energy-saving projects and selected sustainability topics. Following the presentation, the journalists had the opportunity to ask detailed questions to the company owner. The guided tour through the company at the Vienna site proved to be particularly exciting. Thomas Lorenz, Regional Operations Manager of the SALESIANER Group, and Lukas Schadenhofer, Team Leader of the Technical Department, explained to our visibly impressed international guests the processes of an industrial laundry and which measures have so far made it possible to sustainably save energy without having to sacrifice quality in service.
