SALESIANER delighted at being given the opportunity to train young employees itself in the future, not least as this will mean having highly-qualified employees available to perform exciting tasks for the group of companies in the future.
With this and its further education and training academy already in place, SALESIANER will be sending a clear signal from autumn 2020 that it is keen to promote the long-term development of employees. The aim here is to give apprentices the opportunity to start their working lives in a modern and friendly work environment, providing them with as much support as possible as they work towards their final exam and to offer them a job with a secure future. Being given approval by the Economic Chamber to train apprentices brought an intensive project to a successful conclusion.
