SALESIANER’s whistleblowing system

The SALESIANER Group has set up a whistleblowing system to comply with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Directive (EU) 2019/1937. The system enables persons to anonymously report suspected violations of statutory provisions or internal guidelines. The whistleblowing system can be used by any employee of the SALESIANER Group, as well as other groups of individuals, such as customers or contracting parties.
Any reports submitted remain confidential and can only be accessed by authorised persons.

Point of contact for anonymous tip offs

Whistleblowers help ensure transparency in the way a company operates. The whistleblowing system represents an additional channel for people to report breaches, anonymously if they so choose. This thereby ensures legal protection for the whistleblower. Anyone can report suspected violations of the law, economic crime and serious compliance infractions. The use of the whistleblowing system is voluntary.
Any reports received are handled solely by experienced and qualified members of staff.
